How do you ensure the fish arrive alive and healthy?

We use professional-grade insulated shipping boxes, oxygen-enriched water, and seasonal heat or ice packs to maintain a stable environment during transit. Our 'Arrive Alive' guarantee ensures you receive healthy specimens every time.

What is your shipping schedule?

To minimize time in transit, we typically ship orders Monday through Wednesday via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx. This prevents packages from being held in sorting facilities over the weekend.

What should I do if a fish arrives dead (DOA)?

In the rare event of a loss, please take a clear photo of the fish inside the original, unopened shipping bag and email it to our support team within 2 hours of delivery for a refund or replacement credit.

Can I request specific genders for my fish?

While we strive to accommodate requests for specific genders on certain species like Guppies or Bettas, most of our schooling fish are sold as unsexed juveniles to ensure the health of the colony.

Do you quarantine your fish before shipping?

Yes, all our livestock undergoes a mandatory 7-day observation and quarantine period in our facility to ensure they are eating well and free of visible parasites before they are cleared for sale.

How should I acclimate my new fish?
